Mission Statement

The mission of the Santa Ynez Valley Support the Troops Association (www.support-soldiers.com) is to provide basic necessities of life, personal hygiene items, avenues of communication, educational materials and other basic materials generally available while at home. We provide these at no cost to our men and women in combat who are protecting our cherished way of life. These simple items lift the spirit of our Troops, make life easier and instill hope of a safe and early return to a normal life here at home.
This all-volunteer effort is charged with soliciting the generous donations of faithful supporters, purchase the necessary goods desired, package and mail to our Troops in harms way. We support the families of our deployed men and women here at home at no cost to the recipients - with 100% of the received funds being used to support this effort.

We are joined with the American Legion Post 160, so all donations are tax deductible.
